Bandeath Holdings has put a 45.56-acre industrial development site near Stirling in Scotland up for sale.
The site, which is located within Bandeath Industrial Estate in the village of Throsk, is currently zoned by Stirling Council for employment and industrial purposes, and is ready for immediate development, subject to planning.
It is well suited for a variety of different users including manufacturing, production, whisky distilleries or data centres.
The site will benefit from a 26MVA supply of green power within the next four years and in 2021 planning permission was granted by Stirling Council for a river source heat pump offering a clean energy source for any proposed development.
Craig Semple, director at CBRE Scotland, which has been appointed to market the site, said: “Scotland has a strong manufacturing and industrial base across many sectors including life sciences, renewable energy, data centres and food and drink. If we want businesses to keep growing and encourage new companies to invest here, we need the right infrastructure and development opportunities.
