DTZ Investors has completed a flurry of lettings at its recently refurbished 1-3 Royal Exchange Buildings in the City of London.

The company has let four floors to Zenkyoren Europe, SANDS Legal, Parsyl and Lawson Wright, which were advised by Knight Frank, Newmark and Savills respectively.

DTZ Investors said the most recent transactions set new headline rents for the building of mid-to-late £80s per sq ft.

Jo Jackson, associate director at DTZ Investors, said: “To secure four lettings in such a short timeframe demonstrates both the quality of the refurbishment and the continued strength of demand for best‑in‑class fitted offices in the City.”

Knight Frank and BBG Real Estate are joint leasing agents for the building.
