European tyre-wheel assembly specialist Eurofit Group has signed for a 105,000 sq ft newly refurbished unit at Prologis Park Coventry for its first UK site.
The DC105 unit has an EPC A+ rating and features energy-efficient LED lighting and smart metering with a solar-ready roof capable of generating energy savings of approximately £45,000 a year.
Following completion of the deal, Prologis Park Coventry is now fully le and as a result Prologis has brought forward the final plot of land at the park which can accommodate either one larger build-to-suit facility of up to approximately 600,000 sq ft or two smaller build-to-suit facilities, with footprints starting from around 250,000 sq ft.

Coventry’s position at the centre of the UK automotive sector makes it the ideal location for us to establish our operations, close to our OEM partners and with the right infrastructure to support our growth.”
