Ryan Property Tax Services UK has signed for 32,080 sq ft of office space at MediaCity’s Orange Tower at Salford Quays.
The company will take the sixth and tenth floors of the 267,189 sq ft building, which has recently undergone a £1.8m refurbishment. Following completion of the deal, the building is fully let and MediaCity, which is owned by Landsec, is now at 94% occupancy.
